Key Account Manager
Lighting, project and tender market in Stockholm / Mälardalen

About the role
As a Key Account Manager at Norlux, you play a key role in offering and selling lighting solutions to our customers within the project and tender market. You are responsible for the entire sales process - from customer planning to follow-up - and work both to create new business opportunities and to develop relationships with existing customers.
Your ability to understand the customer's needs, operations and goals is crucial to being able to offer the right solutions. You act as an advisor and partner to the customer, while contributing to Norlux's continued growth and position on the market.
We are looking for you as:
- Are communicative, responsive and have a natural aptitude for building trusting and long-term relationships.
- Works independently, takes responsibility for your results and is driven by achieving goals.
- Has a genuine interest in the customer's challenges and business.
- Are flexible, engaged and thrive in a role with varying contact areas.
- Has a combination of business acumen and personal commitment.
We would like you to have:
- Documented experience in B2B sales - preferably in lighting or a related industry.
- Good communicative skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
- B driving license and the opportunity to travel in the service.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- High school education, preferably with a focus on electricity or lighting.
