Norlux is experiencing strong growth and has the ambition to reach NOK 1 billion in revenue and grow from 100 to 150 employees by 2030. To support this journey, we are now establishing a new role –

People & Culture Manager

– who will help build a modern, value-driven and future-oriented organization.

We have employees in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, and you will be responsible for developing and coordinating HR work across the countries.

About the role

As People & Culture Manager, you will have a central role in developing Norlux's culture, leadership and HR structure. The role is 80% operational and 20% strategic , and you will work closely with the CEO and the management team.

You will have the opportunity to shape the HR function from the ground up and contribute directly to the company's growth and development.

🔑 Areas of responsibility

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support growth and change
• Support managers in personnel management, development and change processes
• Drive recruitment, onboarding and employer branding
• Ensure good HR systems, routines and compliance
• Coordinate HR work in Norway, Sweden and Denmark
• Contribute to building a strong and inclusive organizational culture

🧠 We are looking for you who have

• Higher education in HR, organizational psychology, management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably from growth companies
• Good business understanding and ability to connect HR to strategic goals
• Confidence in leadership dialogue and strong relationship skills
• Structure, initiative and value-driven approach
• Experience with Nordic HR work is an advantage
