We are looking for a technical workshop employee

Are you a technically curious problem solver who enjoys working both practically and with technical challenges? We are expanding our team and are looking for a committed employee for our workshop, who will have a central role in adapting, testing and ensuring the quality of our products.

What is the job about?
In this role, you will work with mechanical and electrical installation, testing and maintenance of various fixtures and control systems. You will follow up on your own tasks and be involved throughout the entire process - from preparation to complete functional testing of the products.

Your responsibilities:

• Customization and special assembly of lighting and control products
• Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
• Follow-up and documentation of complaints
• Contribute to improvement work and development of routines in the workshop
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure good solutions for customers
• Prepare and update simple technical documentation

We are looking for you as:

• Have technical understanding and interest in electrical and lighting (Relevant work experience can replace formal education)
• A professional certificate in electrical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Is accurate, methodical and quality-conscious
• Has a practical sense and enjoys solving technical challenges
• Has good collaboration skills, but can also work independently
• Communicates clearly in Norwegian, and preferably also in English
