We are looking for someone with experience in sales of lighting and/or shop fittings for the position of

Salesperson / Key Account Manager – Retail

We need you who are determined, committed, hungry and curious. You have knowledge from the industry and preferably experience with the sale of lighting within Retail or the construction (interior) of stores. You will have customer responsibility for existing customers, and you will make Norlux interesting for new customers.

You live in the Oslo area and are familiar with stores, store chains, store interior designers and concept developers.

As a leading supplier within Retail in the Nordics, you have a solid company behind you, and you will be equipped with the necessary tools to contribute to increased growth for the business. We are looking for the ability to see opportunities, have perseverance, be curious about the market and the desire to create results.

Job duties:

  • Customer responsibility (KAM) and sales
  • Be the customer's best advisor
  • Acquire new customers, nurture existing customers and participate in sales-triggering activities such as trade fairs, customer meetings, sales meetings, etc.
  • Responsibility for own budget

Qualifications:

  • Experience working towards and achieving your own sales budget
  • Responsible in your communication and fluent in Norwegian, written and spoken.
  • Structured
  • Motivated by finding the best solutions for our customers
  • Familiar with using IT as a work tool
