Ringo Sandvika Shopping Center

When Ringo opened its new flagship store at Sandvika Storsenter, Norlux delivered a flexible lighting solution that highlights the large product range. With a combination of different spotlights, the products are well-placed – from the top to the bottom shelf.

A play universe for young and old

In the spring of 2026, Ringo opened its new flagship store at Sandvika Storsenter. The 800 m² store brings together the former Ringo and Kozmos stores under one roof, with a wide selection of toys, games and collectibles. Here, both children and adults will find something to whet their appetite for play, including a separate section for so-called "kidults".

With a large selection of products and many shelves, good lighting is crucial for both product presentation and customer experience.

Good light – on all shelves

One of the challenges with store lighting is ensuring that products are clearly visible across the entire height of the shelves. This can be especially challenging when the shelves are close together, as they are at Ringo.

Norlux has delivered a solution that combines Lobus Spotlight and Luno Track , both in white, mounted in white, suspended Global Pro 3-phase rails.

Lobus has a concentrated light distribution that provides targeted illumination of the goods, while Luno Track ensures a wider and more even light distribution. Together they provide good lighting conditions and make the products visible from the top to the bottom of the shelves. Both luminaires have high color rendering, so that the many colorful products are well highlighted.

The store also has a large display window that is clearly visible from the stairs in the shopping center. Here is Lobus used to highlight merchandise displays and capture the attention of passersby.

The flexible track system makes it easy to adjust the lighting when the store's interior design and product presentations change.
