Norlux delivers lighting solutions for modern, green buildings. Centrally located in Nydalen, you will find Gullhaug Torg 5 – a future-oriented office building of 13,400 m² spread over 6 floors. Gold pile Torg 5 is owned by Avantor and leased to the IT company Crayon. It has been planned to be divided into different rental areas, and Avantor wanted a flexible lighting solution that was not locked to the interior design, and that could be adapted to new tenants. We solved this by using power rails throughout all floors. Mounted in a grid, the power rails provide good adaptation options.

The Force Plus linear luminaire is used above workplaces. In common areas, corridors and as accent lighting on wall surfaces and objects, the choice fell on Lobus Spotlight .

On the mezzanines, there are common areas with coffee stations on each floor. Here we find the narrow cylindrical pendant Tony – also mounted in a track for flexibility.

Small meeting rooms/quiet rooms are designed with the circular pendant Halo . While it satisfies all requirements, it brings Halo a decorative element into the office environment.

The glass facade with large window surfaces provides a lot of natural light, but also requires good sun protection. This has been solved by contractor Betonmast with a combination of Heat Mirror foil and ConverLight dynamic electrochromic sun protection.

The building's environmental profile is also evident in the basement, where a car garage has been chosen in favor of bicycle parking with the possibility of bicycle washing and service. Here, Stream garage/industrial luminaire is used.

In the basement we also find changing rooms with showers and drying rooms, wardrobes and treatment rooms. LED panel and Leila downlight are used here.
