Vinmonopolet Grünerløkka
The building in Nordre Gate 16, in one of Oslo’s most popular neighborhoods, Grûnerløkka, is a protected building that Vinmonopolet acquired after the traditional café «Beckers». The light concept was developed in respect with the old style of the building.
On the premises, we’ve used Corten painted metal in the ceiling with recessed black downlights and spotlights coated in the same color as the ceiling, mounted in tracks. In addition, we’ve also used tiltable recessed downlights and spotlights mounted in tracks, which provides flexibility when illuminating the merchandize in the shelving. All lighting is delivered with a color temperature of 3200K (“Crispy White”) and RA90.
