Norlux Commercial Project
Hogsnes Helsehus
In 2017, Tønsberg Municipality embarked on its most ambitious project in recent years, the Hogsnes Helsehus health center. The healthcare building was designed to cater for the needs of 120 residents and their carers, embracing spatial scale, materials and modern technology. Norlux collaborated with Tønsberg Municipality providing a lighting solution for the impressive 14.000m² project, which opened its doors in January 2023.
The health center is more than residential & healthcare institution. The spatial layout leans towards a communal neighborhood, providing state of the art care that encourages interaction with the local community.
Our Commercial Project department, responsible for the lighting project, focused on providing a light solution that cultivated a welcoming and secure ambience that borrows references from the world of hospitality. Amongst the products chosen, we can highlight the ceiling luminaire, Galactic C, a modern design with micro-prismatic anti-glare attribute that was distributed in the communal spaces. The evergreen fixture, Tony Pendant suspended over the reception counter with the wall fixture, Duhr providing a hint of exclusivity.
The residential units are illuminated with circular-framed LED Panel, with Benu Office providing light for the workspaces and security rooms. The health center boasts spa facilities for the residents to relax, where Norlux provided RGB fiber optics the star effects on the ceilings.

Norlux Retail
Sport 1 Snø
Norlux is the supplier of retail lighting to the Sport 1 chain, where we are proud to have delivered the lighting to Sport 1 Snø. The large-scale store, 2000m², is probably the most pleasant sports store in the Norway at the moment.
