Kineum is a spectacular office and hotel project in the heart of Gårda, Gothenburg, which opened its doors on November 1, 2022. Here you will find Jacy’s Hotell & Resort, modern office hotels and a wide selection of restaurants and bars.

Norlux was responsible for the innovative lighting for NCC’s exclusive office premises, which spans three floors. The client requested a vibrant and inspiring lighting environment, and together with Reflex architects we created a dynamic lighting solution consisting of stylish, low-glare luminaires. The result was a unique work environment that both impresses and inspires every day.

For the decorative lighting, we have chosen luminaires from the Italian brand Vistosi – a traditional supplier with roots in glassblowing dating back to the 16th century.

NCC is convinced that the office environment is developmental and inspiring for the organization and makes NCC more efficient and attractive as an employer.
